“My experience has been unbelievable. I've never been so in control of my thoughts. It's a game changer.”
- Kyle Riffe
THE "INTERNETTED" BRAIN
We weren't ready for this.
The digital age has brought with it an invisible disease.
Constant stimulation from hyper-addicting apps, games, and media has riddled our brain with improper programming. Resulting in:
- F*cked Focus - our mental muscles have been weakened. The average person has an 8 second attention span.
- Emotional Turmoil - symptoms of depression and anxiety are at an all time high.
- Impulsive Population - we've been wired to automatically indulge in bad habits and cheap pleasures.
Our brain's default mode network has been hijacked.
We've been wired to constantly crave and seek out new information, reinforcing distractibility.
- Our short term memory is being overloaded.
- We've lost the ability to easily enter deep states of focus and creativity.
- We're losing executive control of our minds, which is crucial for focus, rationality, and willpower.
I DIDN'T STAND A CHANCE
I was an extremely overstimulated kid.
The moment I got internet access I was flooding my brain with dopamine from video games, p*rn, youtube, instagram, and whatever else caught my eye.
The instant pleasure resulted in long term mental suffering from:
- Social anxiety throughout high school and into my 20s.
- A lack the self control required to stop bad habits.
- An inability to focus for long periods of time.
- A constant onslaught of negative emotions.
It wasn't until I was entering my 20s that I began to realize how f*cked I was.
I hated myself.
I tried the basic "self help" stuff, but always defaulted back into turmoil.
Until I discovered the one thing that actually brought both instant and long term results.
The word "meditation" made me think of hippies, monks, and spiritual mumbo jumbo.
But I was desperate, so I committed to a 10 minutes a day.
I instantly noticed a difference.
For the first time in my life, the constant chatter in my head grew quiet.
I was shocked, but I needed more than just a few minutes of peace.
So I began studying psychology, the brain, and different methods of meditation throughout history.
Until I finally stumbled across the most effective AND efficient method for gaining elite levels of mental control.
This is because I combine a series of micro-practices in my sessions to increase my metacognition - which is control and awareness over the mind.
I quickly grew more and more present in the current moment.
Those negative voices in my head were starting to die.
I could focus for longer periods of time, and I was entering the magical state of "flow" all the experts talk about.
Flash forward to today,
my life has done a complete 180.
I'm in control of my mind. Instead of my mind being in control of me.
I went from an anxious introvert to a calm and confident socializer.
I can get done in 2 hours what takes the average guy 8.
It’s rare for me to experience negative emotions, and when they do I quickly dispel of them.
Instead of dropping back into my old bad habits like doom scrolling or looking at buttcheeks online - I consciously catch myself before the habit loop is completed.
This was the catalyst for my life changing, as well as thousands of my followers.
After all, if you can't even control your own consciousness how do you expect to control the course of your life?
But I've realized most "meditations" online are just surface level sessions - which means surface levels results.
Sure, you'll lower stress for a few minutes - but that's like wanting to grow your arms and doing one push up a week.
I had to study how the mind works and experiment with numerous styles of practice to find the most effective way to meditation for metacognition.
I then created a 30 day program that takes a complete beginner to a master of my meditation style that unlocks all the benefits of metacognition:
- Focus - as you build an immunity to distraction and unlock flow state.
- Emotional control - as you learn to detach and dissolve negative emotions as they appear.
- Self-awareness - as you gain clarity on your habits and become able to catch bad habits before they happen.
- Presence - as you stop getting lost in your own thoughts or anxious in certain settings and become completely comfortable in any situation.
But, this has only been available to students who invested in my Mental Mastery Masterclass...
Until now.
"The daily meditations were invaluable. They really helped level up mindfulness and learn to be stoic."
